Their services include discovery, career counseling, job placement, retention services, on-the-job training, and follow-along support. These services are designed to help individuals identify their strengths and interests and provide the necessary tools and resources to secure employment. The initiative also offers intense, long-term support to help individuals follow up on their progress and achieve their employment goals. By providing these services, TDI empowers individuals with disabilities to participate in the employment process and improve their standard of living.
