The Big Sister Association of Greater Boston provides positive mentoring relationships with women to support girls' healthy development. This is achieved through one-to-one mentoring, career awareness programs, the arts, STEM, safety, wellness, and healthy decision-making. The organization aims to create a mentor-rich community in which every girl has access to individual nurturing, guidance, and support. Big Sister Boston ignites girls' passion and power to succeed. Their mission is supported by a diverse range of programs and activities, including volunteering opportunities for teen Big Sisters. By partnering with major funders, academic institutions, and community organizations, they are able to strengthen the resiliency of girls in Greater Boston.
