Boston Impact Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap by building power with communities of color. The company advances economic and racial justice through its integrated capital fund, investing in for-profit businesses, cooperatives, and nonprofits that promote financial, social, and political empowerment. By providing access to capital and resources, BII aims to create an inclusive economy where entrepreneurs and communities of color have the tools to succeed. This approach has already shown promising results, with portfolio companies owned by people of color, jobs supported, and follow-on capital unlocked.
