We engaged Prakash Software Solutions to design and develop an AI-powered chatbot for our customer support operations. The scope included end-to-end development — from requirement gathering and NLP model configuration to UI integration and post-deployment testing. The chatbot was built to handle frequently asked questions, route complex queries to human agents, and integrate seamlessly with our existing CRM and helpdesk platform.

Prakash Software Solutions delivered a highly functional and reliable chatbot that surpassed our initial benchmarks. The team demonstrated strong technical expertise in natural language processing and was proactive in suggesting improvements we hadn't considered — such as multi-language support and sentiment detection. Delivery was on schedule, and the bot's accuracy in resolving customer queries exceeded our 85% target within the first month of going live. Their communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, and they made the integration process remarkably smooth despite the complexity of our existing tech stack.

While the overall experience was very positive, there is room for improvement in documentation. The technical handover docs could have been more detailed, which would have helped our internal team manage minor updates independently without always needing to loop back to the agency. Additionally, more frequent progress demos during the mid-project phase would have given us better visibility and allowed for earlier feedback cycles. These are relatively minor points in an otherwise excellent engagement.
