Pride in Diversity offers a range of services to assist employers, sporting organisations and service providers with all aspects of LGBTQ inclusion. Their services include Pride in Diversity, the national not-for-profit employer support program for LGBTQ workplace inclusion; Pride in Sport, which benchmarks and assesses the inclusion of LGBTQ people across all sporting contexts; and Pride in Health + Wellbeing, a membership program that provides LGBTQ mentoring and support for the health, wellbeing and human services sector. These services can benefit clients by reducing stigma, discrimination and social exclusion, improving mental health and wellbeing, and increasing knowledge and confidence in delivering inclusive practices and services to people from sexuality and gender diverse communities.
