The Racial Equity Institute offers a range of services to help individuals and organizations develop the capacity to understand and address racism in their own structures. Groundwater is a three-hour introduction to racial equity, while the two-day Phase 1 training develops participants' ability to recognize and challenge institutional forms of racism. Latino Challenges is a workshop for those working with or living in Latino communities to end racial disparities. By participating in these programs, individuals and organizations can gain the tools and knowledge needed to create more just and equitable institutions.
