SEED provides transformational professional development to prepare leaders to facilitate conversations that drive social change within their institution. This prepares them to transform themselves, transforming the system as well. With a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, SEED develops leaders who work towards justice. Through personal reflection and testimony, they learn together in the context of intersecting identities and systemic analysis. This leads to deeper understanding of systems of power and oppression, enabling participants to play a role in driving change. By centering wholeness, wellness, and just relationships for everyone involved, SEED creates lasting impact.
