Workforce Alliance helps individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system to acquire life skills, workplace-readiness, jobs, and training. They provide career exploration and guidance, paid work experience, and training for under age 24 to become future CEOs. The company also offers tuition assistance and job placement, as well as help to keep training and advance careers. In addition, they provide guidance, support, and job training following substance abuse cases. Workforce Alliance develops and oversees comprehensive responses to building a highly skilled workforce in South Central Connecticut. They focus on employment and training for the region, with a range of services including life skills, workplace-readiness, jobs, and training.
