My team had the opportunity to organize a small conference with 140 participants in Belgrade. The client was from the field of healthcare and pharmacy. The project lasted a total of 4 days. On the first day, we welcomed 140 participants who came from different parts of the world and who landed at the Belgrade airport at different times, but we escorted them all successfully and comfortably to the selected 5-star hotel in the center of Belgrade. We made transfers with Mercedes cars and Mercedes minibuses. On the second day, the client had a conference at the hotel, where we organized lunch and dinner for him, as well as the necessary coffee breaks. Also, during the conference, we provided all the necessary AV equipment, laptops, printers, and additional lighting. On the third day, we took a group of 140 people to lunch at one of the prestigious wineries in Serbia, where the clients had an organized wine tasting and lunch. On the same day, we also organized a dinner at a restaurant by the Sava River, where the clients enjoyed delicious food and a very relaxing atmosphere. On the fourth day, we escorted the clients to the airport. The project was a success, and my team is very proud that everything went as planned.
