Transportation Company Restructuring & $2.5m Growth
We worked with a local transportation company that only had one van and a yearly revenue of $250,000. The company had been involuntarily dissolved for four years, had no credible business identity and no solid business credit built. Taking a strategic approach, we restructured the corporation and its officers, built a credible company profile, gave it a solid internet presence, and built the business’ credit. This led to growth of $2.5 million within 2.5 years as well a major renewable contract with Home Depot. The corporation grew from having one van to a fleet of six box trucks as well a a rental account with a major box truck company.

The main challenge was helping the CEO change his mindset towards growth and overcome being comfortable.
