What was the main challenge in this project?

Client wanted UI polish. We rebuilt the foundations first. The client wanted a UI repaint and a wrap. We pushed back: UI shine doesn't survive an enterprise demo if the product underneath is fragile. We fixed bugs across the stack, took the product to production quality, then ran 4–5 UI iterations on top. He walked into pilot calls with something he could defend.

What was your solution or approach?

Kept the working prototype logic. Rewrote the spine. Refactored the demo path first, stubbed the rest behind feature flags, ran Terraform infra in parallel. LLM integration, codebase refactor, and the high-polish UI/UX an enterprise room expects. Sprint-two debt was the trade. The output: a pilot-ready MVP, on time, no UI compromise.
