Maxim Behar is a visionary CEO and Chairman of M3 Communications Group, Inc., a leading PR agency in Bulgaria and part of Hill & Knowlton. With over 30 years of experience in the PR industry, he is a globally recognized expert in media relations, social media, corporate affairs, and crisis management. He is also a Fellow of the Public Relations and Communications Association (FPRCA), the UK's highest individual professional recognition. Maxim is a Harvard Kennedy School graduate and also has PhD in PR and Public Communications from Sofia University. As a passionate and influential PR professional, Maxim Behar has a mission to shape the future of the public communications business and promote ethical, effective practices worldwide. He is the President of the World Communication Forum Association (WCFA), based in Davos, Switzerland, a community of PR professionals from all continents.
