Together Equal is a social enterprise dedicated to promoting equality and inclusivity for all. They offer various programmes and services aimed at empowering individuals, particularly children, to navigate gender, social, and familial stereotypes. Their school programme focuses on building self-confidence, empathy, mental health, social media, conflict, team building, and relationships, aligning with the KS2/KS3 PSHE and Citizenship curriculum. Additionally, they provide corporate volunteering opportunities for businesses to build relationships with the local community, nurture talent inclusively, and create social impact. Together Equal's financial model is self-funding, relying on profits from their lunch ‘n’ learn sessions, team sessions, and Conversation Card sales.
