What was the main challenge in this project?
To refresh the Brand and enhance its online value while retaining the loyalty of the existing market segment, whilst also attracting a new demographic of younger consumers.
What was your solution or approach?
Careful discussion and the development of a new brand book, coupled with building the new website behind a password block enabled everyone to view and clearly see the results of the planned outcomes before going live. This allowed for a collaborative and ultimately unilaterally approved solution.
