Our client operates in the HR and recruitment domain across the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic. Their work is connected with managing multiple recruitment agencies, internal HR departments, hiring managers, and job candidates. As the business grew, the client faced several business challenges that could be resolved with proper software: Data was scattered across separate systems There was no clear way to see the hiring process Recruitment and personnel workflows depended on country-specific rules Existing tools were difficult to integrate with partner systems A lot of manual coordination was required CompleteSoft designed and delivered a custom ERP-class personnel management system that unified all participants into a single web-based platform. From the outset, the project combined software engineering with consulting services.
