Our client operates in the HR and recruitment domain across the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic. Their work is connected with managing multiple recruitment agencies, internal HR departments, hiring managers, and job candidates.
As the business grew, the client faced several business challenges that could be resolved with proper software:

From the outset, the project combined software engineering with consulting services. Our internal experts (including specialists with hands-on experience in HR and recruitment operations) worked directly with the client to analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and give recommendations on how to make the product convenient for its users.
At the core of the solution was a business process management layer, allowing HR workflows to be configured, extended, and adapted without rewriting large portions of the system.
