Mainstreet Equity Corp., one of Western Canadas leading residential rental groups, wanted to convert its strong offline demand into a predictable, data-driven digital acquisition engine. Make My Brand became Mainstreets dedicated digital growth partner, delivering a unified strategy across website development, UX/UI, SEO, funnel optimization, paid ads, and analytics automation.
What was the main challenge in this project?
Mainstreet struggled with digital inefficiencies that were limiting conversions and increasing acquisition costs. Key gaps included: Outdated website design and poor mobile responsiveness. Fragmented analytics across GA, CRM, and lead sources. Slow, low-conversion landing pages for paid ads. No geo-specific or intent-based segmentation for campaigns. Inefficient spending with low-quality leads and unclear attribution. Mainstreet needed a complete digital overhaul to improve conversion rates, reduce ad waste, and build a scalable growth engine.
What was your solution or approach?
MMB applied a holistic Growth-as-a-Service model with performance, design, and engineering working as one pod. Core initiatives included: Website Redesign & Design System: Mobile-first, fast-loading UI with a reusable Figma component library. Funnel Optimization: Geo-targeted and intent-based landing pages with continuous A/B testing. Analytics & Attribution: GA4 + GTM setup, Looker Studio dashboards, and 99% accurate lead tracking. Paid Media Strategy: Segmented campaigns across markets, optimized for CTR, CPL, and conversions. Development & Automation: API-first architecture, CRM integrations, and automated reporting flows.
What was the outcome or impact for the client?
584% increase in conversions (from 247 to 1,689). 85% reduction in cost-per-conversion through segmentation and CRO. 61% higher CTR across optimized campaigns. 45% faster landing-page load time and mobile PageSpeed improved from ~60 to 95. 137+ phone call leads generated.
