Comprehensive evaluation of direct / indirect and core / non-core procurement costs in developing the entire cost saving framework.
What was the outcome or impact for the client?
After identification of cost saving opportunities, majorly focussed on non-core areas, we were able to deliver significant savings of over 12 million dollars annually for the client (12% cost savings) - making the total funds available serve them for a longer runway and increase chances of drug success.
