What was the outcome or impact for the client?
We managed to create a small pod of 10 engineers for the client, which is running the entire software development grunt work, remotely from India. Client doesn't need to open any office in India and we take care of the entire compliance and payroll for a small operational and maintenance fee.
Another client has also added a small team of 2 digital marketing managers to launch their consumer app operations in India (Manga app)
