Trusty is a private real estate community that automatically connects agents of motivated buyers to agents of homes that are willing to explore a deal. Trusty allows realtors to discover hidden inventory for their buyers while locking in their homeowners as future listings.

What was the main challenge in this project?

Early-stage startup with only a CTO on the technical team Needed experienced React and Node.js developers to accelerate product development Required a proof of concept (POC) to secure fundraising, followed by an MVP build Support needed in architecture design, third-party service selection, and external integrations

What was your solution or approach?

Provided skilled developers in React and Node.js to collaborate directly with the CTO Built the architecture for both frontend and backend to ensure scalability Assisted in selecting third-party services and designing platform integrations Accelerated delivery of the POC and smooth transition into MVP development

What was the outcome or impact for the client?

Successfully launched a POC, securing investment from Y Combinator Evolved the POC into a minimum viable product (MVP), attracting another seed round Trusty is now a revenue-generating company, actively expanding features and operations
