What was the main challenge in this project?
The main challenge was adapting a successful Kyiv studio to the Romanian market – creating a new website with localized SEO, content, and structure in a different language. The team had to overcome the language barrier, lack of local beauty directories, and differences in user behavior and search intent, ensuring the new Bucharest studio could attract clients organically.
What was your solution or approach?
We developed a fully localized SEO strategy for the Bucharest market, including Romanian keyword research, website structure creation, and optimized content in both Romanian and Russian. We also set up Google My Business, built local backlinks, and ensured proper technical SEO from the start.
