Evonbiz, acting as ICT Project Manager, led the strategic planning and execution of a digital overhaul through: Multilingual website redesign with dedicated domains and content strategy for different markets Centralised infrastructure setup, including server configuration, CDN integration (Cloudflare), GDPR compliance (Iubenda), and domain/email optimisation Landing page development and SEO strategies tailored to each target language and market Performance-driven search marketing via Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter—both organic and paid campaigns Quarterly planning and monitoring with KPIs, risk management, and iterative improvements WBS, OBS, and Gantt models to coordinate deliverables, suppliers, and activities across multiple entities such as Mobilbyte SaS, ServerPlan, and third-party collaborators
What was the outcome or impact for the client?
