We partnered with a U.S.-based eCommerce client in the Security Retailer Brand niche aiming to increase product sales through strategic Google Ads management. The goal was to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while scaling monthly revenue.
What was the main challenge in this project?
The business had no prior Google Ads history or internal marketing data. I had to start completely from scratch, with no existing benchmarks or proven audience data. Additionally, the client operated in an unfamiliar industry, requiring me to conduct extensive research to understand the market, target customers, and competition before advising the owner on a tailored execution plan.
