What was the main challenge in this project?
Employees often struggle with performance reviews due to a lack of preparation, understanding, and the ability to negotiate. Many also face challenges in maintaining a balance between work demands and career growth opportunities. Fairness Factor solves these problems by offering a platform that helps employees prepare by predicting outcomes, setting clear goals, and providing relevant documents and personalized coaching.
A major challenge in developing Fairness Factor was ensuring that the AI could accurately predict workplace outcomes and generate useful documents. Another challenge was designing an intuitive and secure authentication system to allow employees to safely access their data and documents.
