Launched by writer and historian Jeff Maynard, Netfield Publishing is a new and independent publishing house dedicated to high value Australian history releases. The website celebrates and promotes the first release - 'The Illustrated Sir Hubert Wilkins'.
What was the main challenge in this project?
The publishing industry is highly competitive, and the idea of launching an independent publishing house is very challenging.
What was your solution or approach?
By concentrating on a high value collectible hard cover for the initial release, we were able to charge a premium fee for the book, along with free shipping.
What was the outcome or impact for the client?
The client was able to sell the full complement of stock of the high value first release across the globe, as well as cementing his reputation as one of Australia's leading non fiction writers.
