What was your solution or approach?
Project Goals
• Create a personalized environment that integrates end-to-end logistics processes.
• Provide real-time visibility and smooth information flow.
• Simplify management of orders, settlements, and permissions.
• Build a scalable architecture (AWS) with integration to Odoo (ERP).
Products (web & mobile)
• Admin panel – system configuration, role and permission management, moderating marketplace offers, settlements.
• Client panel – adding/handling orders, status overview, documents and settlements, virtual wallet.
• Carrier panel – accepting orders, managing fleet and drivers, settlements.
• Driver mobile app (iOS/Android) – accepting jobs, navigation, statuses, photos of documents/damages, real-time location tracking.
• Transport marketplace – posting and accepting loads within the DAGO Express ecosystem.
• Landing page – supports user acquisition.
• ERP integration (Odoo) – synchronizes orders, settlements, and counterparties.
What was the outcome or impact for the client?
• A single environment for all roles and a consistent data flow.
• Fewer calls/status emails thanks to Track & Trace and live location.
• Streamlined settlements (virtual wallet + ERP).
• Granular roles/permissions and tighter operational control.
• Ready for additional modules and KPI analytics: OTD, OTIF, cost/km, CO₂.
