What was your solution or approach?
1. Filtering and personalisation
To address personal preferences of the customer in a proper way, we implemented filters according to the marketing research provided by the business owner. Surfing the catalogue became much easier and user-friendly as it allows customer to filter products effectively taking into account even tiny details.
The search process is supported by AI technology which makes improved each online session.
2. Payment systems integration
We considered the support of all local payment providers to let our partner provide their users with an outstanding customer experience aligned to the standards of online payments security.
3. Delivery control and customer loyalty
Returns management was supported by delivery control on each step. We ensured seamless communication with the client to keep them updated on status change. The client receives updates by email or / and SMS. At once the seller confirms the return the customerb receives money back via his preferred way.
