momAgenda’s (MA) marketing agency approached us to convert the MA legacy site to a fresh and responsive design that would not only render on the major desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phone devices but also promote higher conversion rates through modern day UI/UX design principles. Additional work would need to be completed to fix the product catalog and shopping cart issues that were hampering the site, users and conversion rates

Our approach to this project started with a complete front end and backend audit of the application. Atter careful analysis and planning, we documented all found technical issues, preserved the information architecture, and converted the existing design to a fully responsive solution. The final steps included an extensive quality assurance bug fixing and site optimization activity to ensure the best user experience that facilitates online purchasing conversions to support momAgenda’s online conversion business goals.
