The client's core challenge was the need to digitize and simplify key organizational processes. This included designing and implementing a comprehensive tool to improve their tender process and creating a functional digital workplace to simplify internal communication and organizational processes. As a provider, we faced the challenge of managing multiple, simultaneous projects and dedicated teams, ensuring that "several business requirements collided with the needs of users" were resolved into a cohesive strategy.

We developed and implemented 6 distinct projects, designing over 500 screens. Solutions included: Hayyak: A web and mobile onboarding app with gamification (virtual office tours, quizzes) and a dedicated CMS for HR. STC Tendering System: A comprehensive platform for the entire tender lifecycle, including bidding, negotiation, and invoicing, with full integration with STC's ERP system. AlTakyah: A digital workplace integrated with multiple external systems to streamline internal communication and management. STC Solutions: A WordPress-based corporate site with an investor relations API integration, supporting both English and Arabic (RTL).

The collaboration successfully digitized STC's internal operations and improved customer service responsiveness. The functionalities we introduced had a direct impact on employee efficiency. Specific achievements include improving onboarding satisfaction among new employees (via Hayyak), facilitating the entire tendering process, and driving an increase in the number of requests in the AlTakyah digital workplace system. The partnership has grown into a continuous collaboration. For years, we have ranked first in the “Satisfaction with agency cooperation” category in customer satisfaction surveys conducted by Kantar Millward Brown and SMG/KRC.
