Security managers often face difficulty maintaining consistent communication with staff working in remote or volatile areas. Delays in reporting incidents, lack of real-time location tracking, and limited options during connectivity loss made it hard to respond effectively during emergencies. Additionally, there was a need for an organized system to log, categorize, and respond to a variety of on-ground incidents

Built a real-time incident reporting system through a mobile app to help field staff instantly notify security managers during emergencies. Developed GPS-enabled tracking to let managers monitor user locations and suggest safe routes using Mapbox integration. Implemented a "Panic Mode" that captures live audio and sends priority alerts until the situation is resolved. Designed a predefined list of incident types to simplify and standardize user reporting. Integrated satellite device compatibility to ensure continuous app performance in areas with no mobile network.
