Tukas EV UAB, a Lithuanian company focused on renewable energy since 2010, launched HR Bank - a mobile energy storage device combining physical activity with green energy generation. The product supports work, entertainment, and fitness, while offering full design customization. To support its direct-to-consumer sales model, Tukas EV needed an interactive tool that would allow customers to personalize the product and complete purchases online. AR-range was selected to develop a web-based 3D product configurator integrated with PrestaShop.

Key Features: - Real-time 3D product customization (materials, colors, components) - PrestaShop integration for dynamic pricing and cart functionality - Category-based logic with editable textures and HEX color input - Admin-friendly system for managing variants and availability

What was your solution or approach?

Visualization & AR: We implemented the Sketchfab API for smooth, high-quality 3D visualization. A built-in WebAR (Augmented Reality) feature lets mobile users view their configured HR Bank in their own space, while desktop users scan a QR code to preview on their smartphones. The system generates GLB or USDZ files in real time.

What was the outcome or impact for the client?

The 3D configurator ensures detailed visualization and a unique personalization process, allowing users to build and purchase a product tailored to their needs. It automates the sales process, making it convenient and easy to manage available materials. The intuitive purchasing process shows all product variants and possibilities, guaranteeing customer satisfaction with a seamless buying experience.
