Autoweek’s digital marketing company approached us to complete a front end architecture project that included design modifications and implentations, functional upgrades, adverting implementation, content changes, bug fixing and other misc changes of the Autoweek website.
What was the main challenge in this project?
Specific challenges included an extremely aggressively deadline that meant we needed to obtain all requirements, bug reports, existing designs and design change requests, site templates and mappings and hit the ground running and complete all work promptly. We were tasked specifically with:
Remapping existing design to partially completed new design
Implement new designs impacting over 50 pages
Revisions to main and sub navigation
Implementation of additional home and main category landing page elements and functionality
Changes to article page layout, and elements and functionality
Site wide bug fixing
